Exceptional customer service, excellent location. Poor room condition.
Exceptional customer service. Bebe is an awesome receptionist and deserves a raise. The young lady also was very kind and gave good recommendations.
The rooms are in desperate need of upgrade. Bed and pillow was rock hard. AC was stuck on the “on” position so the room kept getting too cold. Shower could not get warm water.

What was the highlight of Karinthip Village
Very Good
We spent a wonderful 4 nights at Karinthip Village. The location was ideal to walk and explore the old city, but also just a kilometer or 2 away from the night market and many restaurants. It was quick and easy to book taxis and tuk tuks to where we needed to go. The pool was great and we enjoyed many relaxing afternoons swimming. The garden was also a nice and calm meeting place to just chill and play games in the evening. There were of course mosquitos, but nothing too bad. The hotel no longer offers breakfast, but there are so many nice charming cafes in the area that it wasn t really needed.
It was a bit hard to have a consistent temperature in the shower. It was either freezing or burning hot.

What was the highlight of Karinthip Village
Clean and comfortable in a convenient location with a beautiful courtyard.
Lovely hotel with a pool in the courtyard, a five minute walk to the old city, across the street from a massage school, that gave the best massages! We were there in October—still off season—at times we were the only people there, so it was very quiet and we had the pool to ourselves. Their restaurant didn’t open until November, but we just walked to the old city via a little road/alley directly across from the hotel. The courtyard was very relaxing with trees and flowering shrubs. We had no trouble with the shower water temperature. Very nice staff.
