What was the highlight of Karinthip Village
Exceptional customer service, excellent location. Poor room condition.
Exceptional customer service. Bebe is an awesome receptionist and deserves a raise. The young lady also was very kind and gave good recommendations.
The rooms are in desperate need of upgrade. Bed and pillow was rock hard. AC was stuck on the “on” position so the room kept getting too cold. Shower could not get warm water.

What was the highlight of Karinthip Village
Would definitely stay again
It is a fantastic place to stay if you want to walk around and discover the old city. Location is superb. Close - walking distance - to most things and just far enough away from noise to be quiet and relaxing around the pool if that was you thing. The rooms are a little dated and tried but if your not fussed about that then its perfect. Staff were super helpful and lovely and any request was quickly followed up on and resolved.
Lighting in room was a little dark making things difficult on occasions and the beds were rock hard.

Great budget hotel with an excellent staff and great location. Would definitely come again.
The staff at the hotel was amazing. They were very friendly and accommodating. The location was very good, everything we wanted to see and do was within walking distance.
The beds could have been a bit softer. Including breakfast in the price would have been good. A free shuttle from the airport would have also been nice.

Pool was nice and the hotel is located centrally and close to the old city. Nice and clean.
The rooms could use a little handywork... But if you don’t mind that, it is a nice place.
