Exceptional customer service, excellent location. Poor room condition.
Exceptional customer service. Bebe is an awesome receptionist and deserves a raise. The young lady also was very kind and gave good recommendations.
The rooms are in desperate need of upgrade. Bed and pillow was rock hard. AC was stuck on the “on” position so the room kept getting too cold. Shower could not get warm water.

Very Good
The landscaping, the pool and the architecture are all very charming and spacious. The location was also great.
The wifi connection was poor which made it challenging for work calls.

Resort nearby old city
Good location with well maintained pool. Staff were friendly.
Rooms seems to need a bit of deeper maintenance. Expecially bathroom is waiting for renovation. Basically it would be nice to have breakfast inside the resort to serve customers. It is quite annoying to start the first day in the city by looking restaurant which will have breakfast to offer at reasonable price. The bed was a bit too hard and maybe waiting for renewing. First time ever we were provided a bedsheet with the hole in it. Maybe someone needs to be more careful once housekeeping rooms.

Quiet hotel
The best part was the young man on duty at night. He took extra care of everyone and made the stay special. Thanks!
TV didn't work. No microwave. Room had very poor lighting. Common areas (balcony, table etc) in bad condition and not kept clean. And they need to put protector or topper on mattress!
